This collection is split into three parts.

The originals are located in the Royal Academy of Music in London.

The call number in MSPAL is ML96.4 .M876 1988.

The collection broadly reflects the history of music in England and the history of the Royal Academy. It ranges over three centuries of music, with particular strengths in early English and Italian music, and 19th century classical music.

The three parts include but are not limited to:

  • Part 3: Previously uncatalogued music manuscripts.
