If the "Request Box" option is not available, the collection may be unprocessed. Material from unprocessed collections will require staff assistance request. Contact us to request material from an unprocessed collection.

All requests to view materials during an appointment must be placed at least 3 business days in advance.
Materials located offsite in Severn Library may take up to 4 business days to be made available in the reading room.
Click “Submit Information”.
You can also choose to keep your request as an "Unsubmitted Requests" in your account and submit it at a later date. This is helpful if you have already reached your limit of 12 active requests or if you do not have a firm date for your visit.
