Requesting Ebooks and Book Chapters through Interlibrary Loan

Whether it’s from a book or journal available in print on the UMD Libraries' shelves or a request we send out to to be filled by another lending library, Interlibrary Loan Services (ILL) can deliver digital copies of journal articles and book chapters to you.  While our libraries are closed, we are temporarily making available a request form in your ILL account specifically for Ebooks.

Please note that requesting an Ebook is not a guarantee of delivery..  Libraries still have to comply with book publishers' licensing agreements, many of which restrict Ebook sharing.

The following  ILL page explains these two options and takes you to the UMD Users Login page.
