Fearless Teaching at UMD Libraries supports notion of librarians as teachers, and is dedicated to the professional development and lifelong learning of our librarians. We support our teaching librarians through targeted workshops, journal clubs, special events, and rotating programming. Inspired by the UMD Teaching and Learning Center's (TLTC) Fearless Teaching Framework, the Libraries' Fearless Teaching focuses on improving teaching climate, content, practices, and assessment.
