Guide to Nexis Uni

Nexis Uni's business- and marketing-related content includes country and industry reports, profiles for over 80 million companies, industry analyst reports, merges and acquisitions/donations info, and all SEC filings (full text and abstracts).

Public companies are required to file financial reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The two most frequently-consulted reports are the 10-K and 10-Q. To locate:

1. Select the Companies menu option at the top of the Nexis Uni main page.
2. Under Content Type, select All SEC Filings – Full-Text and Abstracts.
3. Type the name or ticker symbol of the company in the search box and hit Enter.

Use the options in Sort By (top right) to organize your results, and filter to more specific results (or search within the results for a specific report) using the Narrow By filters on the left.
