• Provide one-on-one research assistance online or over the phone
• Provide your students with information literacy skills and research tools including synchronous online learning sessions or asynchronous tutorials, screencasts, or course guides 
• Answer your questions about publishing, copyright issues, and preserving digital works online or over the phone
• Purchase materials (including data) for the University Libraries that facilitate research and instruction
• Help identify gaps in the literature when you're planning a research project

Can statistical consulting services help me virtually?

Yes! They can answer your statistics and analysis questions through:

• online consultation using Google Meet 
• Email: lib-statsconsulting@umd.edu
• We currently specialize in SAS, SPSS, R, and can also provide support on Survey Design and Analysis.
• We do NOT tutor on statistical classes or homework.

Yes! They can answer your citation management questions through:

• Online consultation using Zoom
• Email: lib-rc@umd.edu
• We currently specialize in Zotero, Mendeley, and BookEnds but we can provide assistance on a wide array of citation managers.
