As a student, you can check out and return books from any library in any public University in the University of Maryland System. You can borrow as many as you want! Whether it's to read for class or for fun! Our Top Textbooks program makes textbooks for popular classes readily accessible. Come to the Library Services Desk on the first floor of McKeldin to check out the majority of these books (the STEM Library also has . They're loanable for four hours at a time, to ensure that as many students as possible get an opportunity to use them.
Equipment such as chargers, laptops, calculators, and cameras can be rented from the TLC Tech Desk in McKeldin Library or at the STEM Library. You can even check out a VR headset! As a commuter, it's easy to use your entire phone or laptop battery up, we're here to help!
