Generative AI Disclosure & Reflection (Survey for Canvas)
This short reflection activity helps students think critically and transparently about their use of generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude) in completing academic work. The quiz invites students to describe how they used AI, reflect on what was helpful or unhelpful, and explain how they revised or built upon AI-generated content to make the final product their own. Instructors are welcome to adapt the language, examples, or response length to fit their course, discipline, or assignment type.
