University of Maryland College Park has ESRI Educational site license to use GIS software and other web/mobile applications for academic research, teaching and learning. Licenses is free of cost to UMD users but they have to submit a request. This workflow provides login information for ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Pro through the University of Maryland Central Authentication System (CAS).
