This is what the top of your article in Lexis Nexis should look like (minus the big black arrow). The arrow is pointing to the icon you can click on to get the permalink. You can tell which icon it is because it has little chain links in front of a page.
When you click that chain on paper icon, this pop-up will appear. It's pretty self explanatory. Basically you right click that indigo text (the title of your article) and choose "copy link location" or "copy shortcut" Then when you paste that text, it's your permalink!
