There are eight libraries in the University of Maryland system. Seven are at College Park, and one is at the Shady Grove Campus near Rockville.

Equipment Loan Program

Borrow a laptop, e-reader, camera or charger through the Libraries Equipment Loan Program.

Three libraries on campus now offer equipment loan programs: McKeldin Library, The Performing Arts Library and the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Library

Though not all libraries offer the same equipment, the following types of devices are available for loan to students at the McKeldin Library Terrapin Learning Commons (TLC):
