The University of Maryland Open Access Publishing Agreement Dashboard was made to allow real-time analysis of UMD's transformative publishing agreements, including the total number of articles approved under each transformative agreement, as well as the cost avoidance to University authors who can publish their article open access without an article processing charge. This data is updated every month. The last update was 1/31/24.

The University has not used the Biochemical Society, Company of Biologists, or PLOS agreements to date.

Due to the different workflows of individual publishers, some articles are approved during the initial article review process, and others are approved after peer-review.
