In 2016 I accepted the position of Librarian for Journalism, Communication, and Cinema & Media Studies with additional responsibilities in Hearing & Speech Sciences. I teach students online research methodologies and am also happy to assist patrons with any research or reference queries that fall within my subject areas.
During my colleague Jordan Sly's professional leave I will be covering Philosophy until February 7, 2024.
I received an M.A. in Radio, Television and Film from UMD in 1994, and have contributed to several media – related works, including TALKING RADIO: AN ORAL HISTORY OF RADIO IN THE TELEVISION AGE, and the ENCYCLOPEDIA OF RADIO.
