The Learning Outcomes Steering Committee (LOASC) coordinates the Libraries' assessment program. To facilitate data-gathering and sharing, the LOASC created a space in Canvas, UMD's learning management system. Here librarians can post their unit- and course-level learning outcomes and assessment data, find resources to aid them in writing learning outcomes and developing assessment tools, and ask their colleagues for feedback and suggestions.
