Stacks = Location within the Library. This book is in the stacks section, which is UPSTAIRS in the Art Library. FOLIO books are on the main level.
This book, like all books in the Library, has an address called the Call number. Call Numbers start with a letter, followed by a number, a period, a letter and another number.
NX650.P6 C63 1997 This is the Call Number. N will come alphabetically after M and before O. NX comes after NW, but before NY. Then look at the number. Books will be ordered on the shelf by that Letter first, and then the number.
