Below are a list of major scientific literature indexes and tools that you should consult first when conducting a literature review in support of a thesis, dissertation, article, or monograph. What does this guide cover?

This guide provides an overview of electronic resources for research and coursework in Agricultural and Resource Economics (AREC), Animal and Avian Sciences (ANSC), Environmental Science and Policy (ENSP), Environmental Science and Technology (ENST), the Institute of Applied Agriculture (IAA), Nutrition and Food Science (NFSC), Plant Science & Landscape Architecture (PSLA), and Veterinary Medicine (VTMD).

Above is a listing of some core article indexes and databases that are useful in a number of disciplines in the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources. The column on the to left lists my contact information, and an overview of some of the library services available to faculty and students. Below is a summary of what you can find elsewhere in this guide.

Databases by Subject

Lists of useful databases and electronic resources organized by subject disciplines. Select your subject discipline from the menu, but keep in mind that these lists are not necessarily comprehensive. Especially for interdisciplinary research, I encourage you to visit more than one subject page when conducting your search.
