Congress.gov
Provides the full text of the United States Congress legislation; Congressional Record, committee information, and historical documents. Congress.gov replaced the previously active Thomas.gov.

Congressional Publications
Congressional publications and documents from 1789-present. Includes CRS (Congressional Research Service) Reports from 1916-present. Use the Advanced Search screen to select from a variety of Congressional publications.

Doctoral dissertations and master's theses from over 1,000 graduate schools and universities. Full text is available from 1997 to the present.
DRUM: Digital Repository at the University of Maryland
Provides access to UMD faculty publications, dissertations and theses and technical reports. A subset is available for documents from the Merrill College of Journalism
UM Theses and Dissertations are found under UM Community-managed Collections.

Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI) via Web of Science is a citation index covering approximately 3,000 journals in the social sciences. Covers years 1956-present.
Google Scholar
Provides broader base of citation searching than SSCI.
