Introduction
LEAD [Leadership Education and Development Program] is an interdisciplinary program for Navy and Marine Corps officers. The program has classes in three academic programs at the University of Maryland: the Department of Counseling and Personnel Services (EDCP), the program in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in the Department of Psychology and the program in Military Sociology in the Department of Sociology.
This is a guide to important print and electronic reference sources in the field of Education, Psychology, Business and Sociology as they relate to the study of leadership. The emphasis is on material available in the University of Maryland Libraries' collections, but some Internet sources are also included. The librarians affiliated with the subject disciplines are:
