After you submit a request for a UMCP or USMAI book, you can track the request status in My Account.
Most UMCP and USMAI items should be available for pick up within a week (unless the item was recalled from another user). If your item is still in process after one week, email firstname.lastname@example.org and ask us to check on its status.
After you submit an ILL, UBorrow, or Scan & Deliver request, you can track the request's status in your ILL Services Account.
Outstanding Requests will show you the status of any pending requests that are not yet in your possession/ready for download.
Electronically Received Articles is where you can download your available articles. You'll get an email when they arrive.
Checked Out Items is where you can check due dates and renew ILL items in your possession.
Cancelled Requests lists any requests that have been cancelled by ILL staff. You can reactivate them if needed.
History Requests lists successfully completed requests (no longer active or available) within the past three years.
