Every two years, the Commission publishes Federal Elections, a compilation of the official, certified federal election results obtained from each state’s election office and other official sources. 1996 - .
Two pages of maps for each election from 1788 to present include: one national map showing the winning candidate for each county; one national map per major candidate, including important third-party candidates; and snapshot data and statistical charts on popular and electoral voting, candidate names and parties, and voter turnout.
Included are final, official county-by-county results for every presidential primary held in 1992 -- primaries in 38 states and the District of Columbia. In addition, this volume includes data on the results of caucuses in states that use this system.
